Scope, pricing, and delivery of the Services are governed exclusively by a separate written quotation, purchase order, or service agreement executed between Al Muhandis and the client.

4. Quotes & Inquiries Submitted Through the Site

Submitting a quote request or contact form through the Site does not create a binding contract between you and Al Muhandis. It is an inquiry only. A binding engagement arises only once both parties have signed the applicable quotation, purchase order, or service agreement. You are responsible for ensuring the information you submit through any form on the Site is accurate and complete.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content on it — including text, graphics, logos, the Al Muhandis name and brand, and the underlying code and design — are the property of Al Muhandis or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
